Want to tighten your midsection, build your chest, and give yourself an overall great workout?

Find a number of pushups that you can do but is not easy for you. (these are pushups touching your chin and chest to the ground and not your knees) Now take that number and force yourself to do one more pushup each workout, or a week, and do this workout 3 days a week.
